Services
The Job Services Department aids in job search and location as well as publicizing career fair information. Jobs Services Department also assists soldiers and their families with other services such as career counseling and recommendations, resume building and review, cover letter compilation and interview preparation.
Career Development Program
The goal of the Career Development Program (CDP) is to link Guard members and their families with the tools and resources necessary to successfully compete in the marketplace. The CDP networks with private industries and government agencies in order to consolidate and make available employment opportunities for Guard soldiers and their families. The CDP has received outstanding support from employers and agencies wanting to hire from the Guard employment pool.

Military Occupational Specialties (MOS)
IN THE ARMY NATIONAL GUARD, YOU WILL ALSO LEARN A SKILL
The Army National Guard will train you in one of hundreds of specialty fields. You will gain experience and opportunities for personal growth that will give you an advantage in your current job or when job hunting. Experience is what employers look for!
The Advanced Individual Training (AIT) / Career training for Army National Guard Soldiers is the same as Active Duty and Army Reserve.
Career Paths in the U.S. Army are divided into classifications called MOS's, Military Occupational Specialties. Testing will help determine your MOS. There are over 100 MOS's available in the Army, 30 available in the Wyoming Army National Guard.
